About Regional Programs

The Office of Regional Programs organizes an annual schedule of educational programs throughout the United States and abroad for alumnae/i, parents and friends of Vassar College.

The Vassar Classroom Revisited, one of the hallmarks of this series, features members of the faculty and affords the opportunity not only to experience the Vassar classroom today, but also to address important issues. Other programs feature distinguished alumnae/i and friends of the College in discussions of a wide variety of topical issues. These programs are often repeated on campus for the benefit of the College community, and many have been adopted by classes in landmark reunion cycles, around which class gatherings have been built.

The Office of Regional Programs occasionally organizes more elaborate, weekend-long programs for alumnae/i in particular geographical regions. In the past, these have taken place in London, Paris, Athens, Santa Fe, and Boston.
